PIXMA MG7120 - Paper Jam

I tried to print a 3-part check and it got jammed in the printer -- the last perforated part of the check did not come out. I have followed all the instructions to clear a jam. I cannot see the paper inside the unit. But there continues to be an error code and it won't clear or print. Help!

Please check the inside front of your PIXMA MG7120 by following the instructions provided here:

Next, please turn your printer around and check the back by removing the rear cover.  Those steps can be viewed here:
