PIXMA MG6620 paper not feeding

hello;

my printer (PIXMA MG6620) displays "there is no paper in cassette" when there is paper. I already performed the roller cleaning in the maintenance/setup panel and attempted to manually clean my paper feed rollers but it is still not feeding the paper. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Hi mentalstability,

Please load paper in your PIXMA MG6620 and then follow these steps:

1. Swipe the HOME screen of your printer and then tap the wrench and screwdriver icon.

2. Select Maintenance.

3. Select Print nozzle check pattern.

4. Select Yes.

Does the test page print?

If not, what Support code appears at the top of your PIXMA MG6620's display?
