Hi Danny,

This printer has always functioned very well.

I am trying to print a PDF document on my Windows 10 desktop.  I keep getting a message that says it cannot print because print preview is not working. There is no error number.  I have tried turning off print preview in printer preference which did not change anything.  I was resent the document in Word which resulted in unreadable symbols.  Same when sent as Word from an Apple computer.

I have searched the manual as best as possible.  An exercise in futility.

It is an old printer.  Version 2.90.  CANON INC.  2000-2015
