Hi, I have a pixma 5220, and i really like this printer. It has lasted over 10 years, I have the B200 error message showing up and I have tried everything, all the resets with the power, I have replaced printer head and all the ink cartridges with new ones, cleaned the areas suggested, and it is still the same error. Am i missing something ? is there something else i can try ? If this is futile ( after over 125.00 spent ) I would at least like some input on a replacement that is similar, I do not care about the price. I like the interface with the laptop, such as the little short cuts that get loaded on desktop etc. I looked up another 5220 and they are like 500.00 bucs ( is that normal for such an older printer ?) Is the Pixma TR4772 similar ? I also saw a Maxify MB2770, I like the Pixma because the pic quality is great ! and i can scan and copy, and there is a actual cord from pc to printer ( another question: is everything blue tooth now ? ) This printer has been so great it kept me out of the market , sorry for all the questions.
Thanks all in advance

Hi tbrosco,
Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG5220 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you find a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!
