PIXMA MG3620 suddenly printing colors darker. Red now prints as maroon and yellow like dark mustard.

I came here as a last resort after WEEKS of jumping though hoops with the Canon "NONsupport" circus.  It is NOT the printer because I bought a NEW MG3620 and it also prints dark.  So what the problem is nobody seems to know.
