i recently bought an MG3620 and had no issues until i’ve had to replace my ink. now the printer is not aligned with a bad issue specifically vertically whenever i print. i have aligned manually and physically on my pc, cleaned and deep cleaned, put in the original ink to test, and cannot fix this for the life of me. please help.

Sounds frustrating! Try printing a nozzle check pattern to see if any lines are missing. If so, run another deep clean. Also, check if the paper type setting matches what you're using. If nothing works, reinstall the printer drivers—it sometimes fixes weird alignment issues!
