My Canon PIXMA MG3620 printer is not printing Even when the printer is connected and showing "ready" What should i do now.

I can assist you, but would need a little more information:
What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 wirelessly?
Or are you connecting it to your computer using a USB cable?
