Thanks for joining the conversation, EHP!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right corner. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

IT IS A   MG3620

Canon cartridge or third party?

>> Owns/Owned both Canon EOS mirrorless full-frame and APS-C cameras and associated RF, RF-S and EF adapted lenses - inventory tends to change on short notice. Same for flashes, tripods, bags, straps, etc.
Plus>> Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 Printer
>>The opinions and assistance are my own. Please don't blame Canon for any mistakes on my part.

There are two cyan nozzles, one seems to be clogged, did you deep clean the nozzles?

Several times but no change : (

it is third party but I've used it before no issues

As an MG3620 owner, I think and hope I am right, your color cartridge has one ink chamber either empty or defective, in other words it needs to be replaced.
