Hi all! I have a Canon MG3620 printer which has been working just fine for years. I changed the ink early this week and now it will not print anything and the flashing lights are alternating between the alarm and power button 20 times (which the manual says to turn off the machine and unplug, which I have tried several times including for two days) otherwise to call. I tried calling, but since I bought this printer years ago I don't have date of purchase (and don't want to share the large amount of other information needed with Canon for them to just tell me the product is no longer under warranty and they won't help me anyways). Basicall "an error requiring you to contact our customer service center has occured." I tried resetting the printer by holding down the stop button for 21 flashes and I tried putting the old (canon) ink back in just in case it was something to do with the new cartridges. Thank you!

Hi,
Since the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
You can take advantage of this offer by calling the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
