When I print test pages, they come out dark black and very bold. However, when I print anything else, they come out faded, and the black is more of a grey. I purchased the printer yesterday, so the ink and everything are very new. How do I fix this?

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the printnig issue you are experiencing and resolve it for you.
