i have a Canon MG3620 printer. I recently had a paper jam. After the jam, my prints had problems. **When I try any prints the same 2 or 3 lines on a page are always blurry or slightly offset.** All the rest of the print looks perfect.**
Here's what I have tried to correct the problem: swabbed encoding strip with a little rubbing alcohol; did a cleaning via the software, a printhead re- alignment via the software, a nozzle check via the software (this was not the issue). And I also put in a new color cartridge - both cartridges are nearly full.
What else should I try? I'm trying to understand what the underlying problem is that causes the same 2 or 3 lines to be misprinted.
Thanks, all, in advance
