PIXMA MG3620 - Power cable falls off printer

LJE208

Hi.  My Canon MG3620 all-in-one printer has a major issue and I've tried two power cords and each quite easily falls off the printer itself. I have to keep my printer on a small stand that sits on a bottom shelf beneath my computer.  It isn't easy getting to the back of it to plug or unplug both electrical (the one with the two tiny prongs) and the bigger one that is the USB cable.  It is the electrical cable that does not connect tightly and securely enough to stay in place.  I printed out five pages (each individually) however the movement of the printer when printing was enough for the printer's power cable to fall right out.  I wish I could just tape it in there somehow but it is just in an impossible place so far underneath the back of the printer.  I wonder if there isn't some extender or something that could give me some hope with this problem.   Thank you.

Flip the cable over and try plugging into the printer, see if its tighter. You might have to push it a bit.
