My printer is a PIXMA MG3620. It's out of warranty so checking here to see if anyone can help. The printer drew in multiple sheets of paper (the entire stack of paper) at one time. Then jammed. Paper can't be moved backward nor forward. I followed the manual troubleshooting paper jam instructions with no luck. After disconnecting and reconnecting the printer, ...... now the GREEN power button and ORANGE alarm lamp flashes alternately 3x and pauses on the GREEN power button for 3 seconds ....... then repeats. Any ideas how to get the paper out?

I don't know what's all in the manual, but... Will it allow you to remove a few sheets at a time with the power off?
