PIXMA MG3620 - Index Card Not Printing

My file prints fine on letter size. However, when I try to print it on a portrait 4x6 index card, scaled to fit, the printer grabs the card, the cartridges are moving, but the end result is a blank card.

Hi gl808,

Please load a sheet of 8.5" x 11" plain paper into your PIXMA MG3620 and then turn your PIXMA MG3620 on.

Please hold down the STOP button on your PIXMA MG3620 until the Error light blinks 1 time, then release it immediately.

A test page will print.

Please take a picture of the page that printed and then please attach it to your reply of this post.
