PIXMA MG3620 Black not printing when printing with color

miller4302

I have an issue with my Canon pixima MG3600 series printer.

Situation: My color and black ink levels are both fine. If I print something that is only black and white like a shipping label it prints fine. If I try to print a picture or something with color on it, it will only print grey not black.

I have tried buying new cartridges, same issue! Do you have any other idea?

Thanks in advance.

First, please load plain paper into your PIXMA MG3620 and print a test page.

To print a test page, please hold down the STOP button until the Error light blinks 1 time, then release it immediately.

Please scan or take a photo of that test page and attach it to your reply to this post.
