I have replaced the ink cartridge twice, and I keep getting the support code 1401. On the printer itself there are two yellow lights the flash three times over and over. I have no idea what happened and how to fix it.

This indicates the printer can't "see" the cartridge: CLICK ME
If you've replaced the cartridge with a new Genuine Canon ink cartridge, and you're still seeing the error, the printer may be malfunctioning.
