PIXMA MG2950 WONT RECOGNISE NEW BLACK INK

Flashed up to change ink so we replaced the black ink.

Havent had colour that wasted a while ago dont need it,

anyway replaced the black ink and it still wont print keep getting message on laptop screen we have no ink!

3 orange lights flashing on the printer also...what is going on
