After printing two documents yesterday, the next two documents suddenly were blank pages. Today when I turn on attempt to print, I get a message that the ink cartridges cannot be recognized. Yesterday, I hadn't done anything with the ink cartridges when blank pages were "printed". Today, when I attempt to print, I get a message that the ink cartridges cannot be recognized and the Alarm Lamp, Blank Ink, and Color Ink lights are flashing. Both ink cartridges registered as being more than 50% full. Today I did remove and reinstall the ink cartridges but it didn't resolve the problem.
The black ink cartridge is not Canon but the color ink cartridge is. The ink cartridges were not installed in the last couple of months at least. I print a few times a months and haven't had a problem until yesterday..
Anybody else experience this? Any suggestions on what to do?
Thank you
