PIXMA MG2540s issue printing both cartridges ( black and colored )

hello dear ladies and gentelman

my canon pixma mg 2540s got a wired issue recently. it just prints awsome with no defect in each black-white and colored modes, but when i try to print these colores together ( like a black document with colored pictures ) , black colored parts wont print.
it seems it got problem in using both cartridges at the same time.
i'll be really thankfull for any tips.

Ink use can vary depending on the print settings.  To verify whether the black and color ink cartridges are printing correctly, perform a nozzle check.  Follow up the check as directed.  Lack of a black net pattern on the nozzle check indicates a problem with the black ink cartridge; problems with the colored lines, or missing colored lines, indicates a problem with the color ink cartridge.
