I have a Canon pixma mg2522 printer. When I print pictures from my computer the pictures come out dull and greenish. Do you know what might cause this. Thanks

Hi edgarbush,
Please load plain paper into your PIXMA MG2522.
Next, please turn your PIXMA MG2522 on.
Please hold down the STOP button on your PIXMA MG2522 until the error light blinks 1 time and then let go of the button.
A test page will print.
Please compare your printout with the example below. If it does not match, please perform 2 or 3 cleanings and then print another test page. To perform a cleaning, hold down the STOP button until the Alarm lamp flashes orange 2 times, then release it immediately.
If your test page still does not print correctly, please replace the color ink cartridge.
