I have just installed new printer cartridges. Black and white and color prints look fine.
But I get a message telling me to run the print head alignment. I printed the alignment page, placed it in the scanner and pressed the scan button but nothing happened. The error light did not blink but is on solidly.
Now what do I do?

Please follow the steps provide on this page to perform a printhead alignment with your PIXMA MG2522:
MG2500 series > Overview > Maintenance > Faint or Colors Are Incorrect > Aligning the Print Head
