PIXMA MG2520 Need Ink Light Still On

My colored ink needed to be changed, so I changed it. After i changed it my colored ink light is still on. what should i do? I have done the troubleshooting on it, I have tried to turn the printer off and turned it back on and I have also cleaned it. I don't know what else to do.

Hi,

Try holding the stop button down on the printer for 5 seconds then release it. If that does not resolve the issue, please  take a picture of your color ink cartridge and attach it to your reply.
