I have a Canon Pixma MG2500. I'm trying to print a 5x7 photo on 8.5x11" photo paper and keep getting the error message: "media type and paper size are not set correctly". I searched for this on the web but already have the paper type set to Glossy Photo, as is recommended for 5x7 photos. Any suggestions?

glossy is the type of paper used. 5x7 nd 8.5x11 is the size of the paper used. You can fiddle in the device settings in the printer, there is an option that says "check for paper size" or something like that. Set it to off. See if that works for you

I couldn't even find that option anywhere in the device settings. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
