This printer/scanner was a gift years ago. It's always worked fine, including around a week ago. Today, it doesn't work- the 3 lights underneath the 'on' button flash and flash. I reinstalled the drivers, and it's doing the same thing. I need to scan a document, but nothing happens. I checked the printer/scanner info on my PC, and it says the device is connected and working properly. Would anyone know what the problem is, and how I can fix it?
