Hi All,
I have not been able to load the printer driver for the PIXMA MG2240 printer onto my Toshiba laptop running Windows 8. I get the following error message:
"An error occurred while files being copied: 0001 0002"
Please tell me what the problem is and thank you in advance for your response.
