I purchased my G7020 in April, and it has worked fine up until now. However, the scans using the ADF have begun to have two separate vertical lines running down the scanned image. This does not occur when I use the scan glass.
I have followed the processes suggested for cleaning the glass, the rollers, and the glass opposite the platen glass where the ADF comes through, but the results are the same.
I am waiting to submit this information to canon support. I hate to have to send it in for service, but I need it to work without issues.

Yes they replaced it.
