PIXMA G7020: Trying to print on envelopes and multiple pages from rear tray

I'm trying to print addresses on 5 envelopes from the rear tray on my Canon G7020 printer.

It only will print one page at a time then stops, even when I've put "1-5" in the Pages box under the settings in the print dialog.

I need this to work as I will be printing lots of envelopes.

The link below from Apple provides the steps for creating and printing an envelope using Pages.

Please review those steps.  Are they the steps that you are using to create and then to print addresses on envelopes?
