PIXMA G7000 prints and scans OK with all computers except for one

Canon G7000 wifi link to 3 W10 PC & 2 W7 PC. Print and scan OK to each EXCEPT one W10 PC. PC sees G7000, auto configured drivers over wifi connection; I can SCAN successfully, but print says sent to printer, but NO Queue entry and no print!
Have deleted (with iobit uninstaller) ALL canon drivers (scan, print, ij, etc) and reloaded Twice to same effect.

Suggestions?

Thanks for joining the conversation, terabite!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA G7000 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Went through rathole in solving this!

Bottom line, ms WSD port non-functional. Deleting print drivers and re-loading MANY times yielded identical problem: blank job being sent to print queue. Changed port to TCP/IP; the hex code for address used by other two PCs -- same problem. Munched around in Registry (careful!) deleting ports and re-assigning (with AI asistance!) Finally worked! Ports are again WSD but NOW I can print! (Yay)

My original note spoecified G7000. That is the logo on the printer!
Also, whenever I post, I get an error message indicating that my post has html code which needs to be changed...?
I type pure text, NO html code.
Bogus error message!
Thanks.

If it says G7000 that is not a US model. That model is intended for sale in another region, so it is unfortunately not supported by Canon USA. If this was purchased from a 3rd party, we'd actually recommend returning it if possible, so you can get a model intended for use in the US, so you have access to support if needed.
