I have a Canon G620. Things were working fine as I was printing pictures for Christmas gifts. Then one image the colors were off, so I did Nozzle check. The Gray and Magenta were not printing. I have done several cleanings and deep cleanings. After each I do a Nozzle check. The Gray never seems to print and the other colors vary- sometimes I get some magenta but no yellow, other times no magenta or yellow. What else can I do to get all colors to work?

How are your ink levels?

I've refi;;ed think- they are all at full level.

That should say: I refilled the ink- all are at full level.

Can you do an ink flush with your printer? Bubbles in the ink lines will cause this problem.
