PIXMA G6020 - media Jam

I am having issues printing with my G6020. it is saying Media Jam. no paper is stuck. I have unplugged it, reloaded fresh paper. I am thinking its has to be the sensor that has a debris or something. can someone assist.

Hi devaamiache,

When you experience the error, please look at the display on your PIXMA G6020.

There will be an error code on the display.  Please look up that error code using the link below and follow the recommended steps to resolve the error:

G6000 series > List of Error Support Codes

If you continue to have difficulties, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G6020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
