I've refilled the inkwells a couple times before on my PIXMA G6020, but now the inkwells don't accept the ink from Canon refill bottles. I've tried pushing the bottles straight down and also holding them at an angle. I know ink flows from the bottles because it pools around the openings that then must be absorbed by a tissue. I'd replace the printer with another brand but I have several bottles on ink in all colors on my shelf. I would also even consider another Canon model, but this model seems to be the only that uses the 20-labled bottles of ink.

I have, of course, watched that video. More than once. You've missed the point of my post. The inkwells don't accept the ink no matter how hard I push down on the bottle.

After a couple of Deep Cleanings, the black ink prints but color is still unbalanced. And the inkwells still don’t accept ink when trying to refill - even by following the procedures.
