Hello there,
If the color is not printing, you can try deep cleaning the print head using the steps in the link found HERE. After the cleaning is complete, you can try printing a nozzle check to see if the color appears. If it is still blank you can try one more deep cleaning. If it is still blank, you can try an ink flush to clean any air out of the ink feeder lines.
