PIXMA G6020 - Won't Print After Power Outage

Megatank G6020 will not print since we lost electricity for several hours. Windows 10

For quickest resolution to the printing issue you are experiencing with your PIXMA G6020, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G6020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.

How is the printer connected to your computer.....by USB cable or on your network?

If it is networked, its IP address may have changed after several hours . You can see what address it has, and what the computer is looking for it at. 

Giving the printer a static (fixed) IP address is a good idea.  DHCP-assigned address can change. Consult the manual. You also have to tell the router to reserve the Static address so it will not be assigned to anything else. Consult your router's instructions on this.

You could try removing power cord and then pressing the power on button for several seconds to drain any stored power.
