I have PIXMA 6020 megatank and the print head has been problematic. Cyan got clogged right after purchase and I needed to flush the print head manually using a flushing kit. It got fixed and worked fine for several more months (but used only few times), but then photo color started to be very strange as if some color is not correctly coming out. I deep cleaned and I flushed again, this time all colors pretty deeply. The strange color ratio was fixed but the printed photos are so faint. I thought the flushing liquid thinnered the ink inside the print head, but this faint issue still is going on after more than 10 photo printings. Any solution ?
Should I replace the print head ? Is it CH-21R ? It's so hard to verify. Appreciate your help !

Greetings,
Your printer has a 1 yr warranty. Best option would be to contact Canon.
