PIXMA G5020: yellow ink not working

Hi!!

The yellow ink in my canon g5020 is not working, I did the deep cleaning, but still, can someone help me. I dont know if I should do an ink flush.

Hi Annpr,

When ink does not appear on the paepr, please follow the steps outlined in the manual.  To acess this, please use this link:

G5000 series > Frequently Asked Questions > Printing Problems > Printouts Are Blank

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G5020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
