I hadn't used my printer in many months, and just tried to print some photos & the quality is awful. They are grainy and faded, where they used to be bright & high quality. The only thing that changed was time. I went through every maintenance/cleaning procedure multiple times with no change. The ink levels appear to be fine. Is there anything else I can try?

Thanks for joining the conversation, eightball298!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA G5000 series. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
