When I print anything, there are "strips" of content that are much, much lighter than the stuff on either side. It looks like the roller might have lower spots where the ink doesn't coat the roller enough to print properly. Is this something I can fix, and if so, how?

Hi,
To begin troubleshooting, I recommend printing a nozzle check. Please click HERE for the steps. Once it prints, please take a picture and attach it to your reply.
If you are unable to attach it, please click the link in step 6 and let us know how you nozzle check looks compared to the example.
We look forward to your reply.
