PIXMA G3290 Unable to see ink level

Although it appears I should be able to view the ink level on the front of my printer, they are all black.  If this is caused by a protective covering, what is the best way to remove without damaging the printer?

Although the technician said he could see ink levels in the pictures I shared and am also attaching here, I still do not know what he was seeing that I am not.  It should not be this challenging to see an ink level!  As I have been using the printer for several months the ink levels should all be different.  Although it looks the same to me, the black was recently filled and 'assume' it stopped adding when it reached the maximum fill.  What is the current ink level?What is the current ink level?Front of G3290 PrinterFront of G3290 PrinterBlack - recently filled after low ink warningBlack - recently filled after low ink warning
