PIXMA G3270 Ink jet not printing in black. Black ink is full

print images fine. Not printing text. Print head alignment seems to be missing some patterns?

I recommend a print head cleaning and then a deep cleaning if the issue is not resolved. You can find the cleaning  steps HERE.
