PIXMA G3260 - not printing color

I purchased a G3260 Megatank printer (model CNPIXG3260) from Amazon in March of 2022. It worked well for a few years, but it has recently stopped printing colors though there is plenty of ink in the tanks. I have looked for solutions on this community, and have done a cleaning, deep cleaning, ink flush, print head alignment, as well as removed and reinstalled both print heads.

Now the print nozzle test does not print any colors. Only black. It does not print out any of the areas where the colors would be either.

I tried to get support, but the link is not working and gives me an error.

Hi,

Because performing multiple printhead cleanings and an ink flush did not get colors to print from your PIXMA G3260, it would appear that the color printhead would need replacing.  This is available for purchase here:

Canon CH-20 Print Head - Canon U.S.A., Inc.

Please note, there is no guarantee that replacing the printhead will resolve this issue and there are no returns or refund on parts purchased.

You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
