I am truly disappointed with Canon Printer and the product quality.
I bought Canon - PIXMA MegaTank G3260 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer - Black on 11/28/2022.
Last week, my printer stopped working with yellow amber flashing lights and displaying error code 6800.
I searched the code and it says Logic board replacement is needed.
Are you kidding? I bought this printer due to the ink tank to save on the inks. But it failed in less than 2 years! requiring logic board replacement?
I searched internet and seems like there are lots of issues with this printer with error code 6800. There should be a lawsuit filed against Canon for selling products at low quality that can break in 2 years which makes NO sense to purchase this product if you think you are saving money on inks.
I remember buying Canon inkjet printers in the 90's and was top notch quality which I trusted. Not anymore.
Now my question to Canon.
Warranty is on 1 years, so I am beyond the warranty period.
What can you do for customers like me, who trusted Canon but really disappointed with the product failing.
