What is the best way to get a hold of customer service?
I have a Cannon PIXMA G3202. It will not complete the power up. My PC tells me that it needs to have maintenance. I have been unsuccessful on trying to find out where I can have my printer serviced.

Hi TLoosa,
To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3202 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button.
Did this answer your question? If so, please click the Accept as Solution button below so that others may find the answer as well.

I was able to contact customer service. The agent I talked to believes it's the printer head based on the code I received. Order parts based on agents request. Now I'm waiting on the printer heads to arrive to see if that fixes the problem.

I got the replacement printer heads in and replaced them. I powered the printer on and the machine is not completing the power on cycle. How do I clear the error?
