PIXMA G2411 Error P02

g2411 printer.

i clean my printer by dismantling the part. during the re-arrangement i found out that a small part plastic dropped with a spring. i have checked every part of the printer to find where to replace the part but i cant find it. when i plug the printer the cartridge head moves very fast and hard and its shakes the printer.
