My PIXMA 6320 printer was printing just fine. I am using Windows 8.1. I don't believe any changes have been made to our router. One morning I woke up, and the printer will not print anymore. The printer itself shows that it is connected to the network. When I log onto my computer, however, my computer cannot locate the printer. When I try to print something it either brings up an error saying the printer is not responding, or the printer is in an error state. I tried to reinstall the driver, but can't because the printer can't be located on the network. After messing with it for a while, I turned it off. The next morning I turned the printer on, and it printed one of the documents I'd been trying to print the day before. But when I tried to print anything else, it continued to tell me the printer was not responding. The printer shows that it has a strong connection with the router, but why can't my computer locate it?
