No paper for MG2522

I am using my MacBook, connected to my MG2522 printer by USB. I am trying to print a 4x6 glossy photo, which I have registered with the cassette settings, however every time I try to print it says "Support Code 1000: There is no paper." Help me pleaseee I don’t know what else to try!

Hi Helpmeprintplz, 

The PIXMA MG2522 does not have a cassette.  There is only 1 location to load paper and that is the rear tray.

The 1000 error is an indication that printing was attempted and the PIXMA MG2522 did not detect paper loaded paper in the rear tray:

Please make sure that your paper is being loaded correctly.  To do this, please follow the steps on this page:

Once the paper is loaded correctly, please attempt to print.
