Hello!
We have a brand new Pixma 2900 series that is all set up, shows as connected (with a cable, not wireless), set as the default printer, but won't print because the "Initializing" light won't stop flashing. Any insights?
Thanks!

Hi dashwood32097,
Please try printing a test page. To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MG2920 and follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your PIXMA MG2920's power is turned on.
2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.
3. Pull out the paper output tray and the output tray extension.
4. Hold down the Stop button until the Alarm lamp flashes once, then release it immediately.
Does the test page print?

No, it did nothing. We took it back and got an HP. Very disappointed, but I blame myself for not checking the reviews first. Live and learn. Thanks for trying to help! 🙂
