I cannot set up my brand new MX922 due to error messages 6000 and 6001 which will not resolve with instructions by printer and online manual. I unplugged and turned back on without success. Any suggestions?

Hi Katz2 and roy6959,
If turning off the printer, unplugging the power cord from the back and leaving it out for at least 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it back on do not resolve the error, the printer will require servicing; please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
