So I recently just had my new Pixma IP8760 arrive brand new. The main problem is when I turn the machine on and follow the steps to install the ink, the cartridge bay only moves halfway across to where it would line up normally to install ink. It needs to be in the right position to be able to install, or else the leds will not illuminate.
Trying to troubleshoot for hours and not once has it moved into the correct position. It can move past that position, as I have turned it off and manually moved the head past the point and watched it zip back across it, only to come back to halfway across.
Please help, it's brand new and I don't want to have to send it away for repair already
