Need WIA for scanning - Canon MP495

Hi,

I have a problem with scanning, few weeks it used to work absolutely fine. (Win 10)

When I try to "Scan photos or documents" in Scanner Management, warning dialog pops and it says that I need WIA driver and I have already two drivers for my printer. 

Can you please tell me what to do to make my scanner work again?

Hello.

You will have to use the MP Navigator program to scan with the MP495.  If the program is not installed on your computer, visit www.usa.canon.com and search for the MP495 to access the downloads for the printer.
