I am using windows 8, everytime I try to print on my Conon MX450, a notifications pops up letting me know my printer is offline. It will not print. Please help resolve this problem.

HI my printer saying it is offline i have IX4000 and i am using MAC 10.9 and it was conencted via USB cable please help

I just developed this problem and was able to resolve it. My problem was related to the" use offline" being checked. The steps I used seem to work.. let me recreate the problem, verify it then repost later.
